Live Event Caricatures

  • Hire Allison to draw black and white caricatures at your next special event when you need a little something extra and unique. Available for weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, corporate events, and more!

  • $200/hour plus travel and supply fees.

Graphic Recording

  • Want to give your next event or conference a big kick of creativity? Hire Allison to create a Graphic Mural! Ask your guests a general question and she will illustrate their answers live at your reception, event, or professional conference! Some example questions are:

    • "What is the key to success?"

    • "What are the rules to a successful marriage?"

    • "What is your best advice for the happy couple?"

    When the event is over, you will have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind illustrated piece that you can frame and display at home! A 18" x 24" canvas is used for weddings.

  • $500/event plus travel and supply fees.

Commissions

  • Like Allison’s style? Hire her to draw a gift, logo, anything! Custom artworks vary in size, style, and medium. Each work of art is unique and comes with a free consultation to ensure the final piece of art is exactly what you want.

  • Commissions vary in price, starting at $50/hour.

  • When it comes to events, Allison’s drawing style is cartoon-y and quick!

    When it comes to commissions, results may vary. Artworks are completed by hand and can be more illustrative and elaborate. Allison does not accept black & white or colored caricature commissions at this time.

  • Allison draws caricatures for a minimum of two hours at any event, whether a birthday party, wedding, etc.

    She will usually draw for a maximum of 4-5 hours with a short break or two. Some folks have Allison just stay for their cocktail hour, others have her stay for the duration of the reception to give guests an alternative to dancing.

  • Graphic recording takes place for the majority of your event to ensure Allison has enough time to complete the graphic mural with guests’ participation. When at weddings, this is usually cocktail hour into the reception. At other events/business meetings, the drawing can be interactive during a meeting or casual as attendees submit their answers throughout the event. If for any reason Allison does not finish a wedding mural (which is very unlikely), she will take it home to complete and later hand-deliver to the couple.

  • When drawing black and white caricatures at events, Allison usually uses black marker on thick 8.5×11” paper (similar to card stock).

    Graphic recording is usually done in marker as well on a large sheet of Bristol paper, which is a stiff paper like card stock.

  • Allison will discuss payment options during the booking of your event, which includes cash, check, or Venmo.

    A $100 deposit is required to book your event date. This $100 will be used toward your final payment for services, which will be prior to your event.
